Is there anything you can put in as a hiding spot? The fish is going to be very stressed in a bare tank, which will only lead to further issues.
The bubbles /film on the back wall looks like my tanks when they've just been filled. What are you using for bio filter, just sand? I agree with a above get some rock in there are at least a clay pot or even some PVC fittings (I prefer black or gray) for the fish to hide in. Even my lfs keep stuff in the tanks.

no bubbles, thats just dust from the sand built up on the outside of the glass from when I did a big water change last week(no fishy), just gotta clean the glass.
and ok, ill do a pvc fitting
maybe a clay pot actually
My memory isn't great but I don't remember seeing rock on black Friday sales. Heck nothing has really been on sale since covid, they just reduce previously inflated prices back to normal prices for the sale.

That’s too large to be ich. It could be Lymphocystis, a virus that temporarily causes skin cells to grow muchnn be larger than normal.
I agree - the clown will go better if you give it some hiding spots.
