Ich or Anatomy?

Hi all,

Can anyone familiar with Grammas help me figure out if these white spots on its pectoral fins are normal? I’ve suspected that this fish had ich and he’s currently been in a therapeutic copper treatment for about 10 days now. I think he is looking much healthier and happier now, but I still see these spots. They look fairly symmetrical so I have reason to believe it’s just how his fins are formed.

Not common on grammas and they tend to hang at bottom- could be sand or viral
