I set up a new tank a couple of months ago. I thought all my fish were properly QT'd and treated but apparently not. A couple of my Zebramosa tangs have some white spots on them The tank is 8ft and there's too many places for the tangs to hide so getting them out of the DT isn't a practical option. I tried Prazipro and am not sure if it did anything. I've been treating with API cure + Furan 2 with Kanaplex/Focus in the food. The fish are active and eating great. The symptoms don't seem to be worsening but are not getting better as quickly as I'd like. I am thinking of maybe changing the treatment but I'm still not sure what I'm treating. It seems the lesions are mostly on the back halves of the fish.

Also preceding this both these fish had this white stuff on their upper mouths which I figured was some type of fungus (hence the Kanaplex in the food). Not sure if I'm dealing with one thing, two things, maybe three things.

Sorry this is the best pics I could get. They move around a lot.

The other tangs in the tank look pretty good. Maybe some slight lesions on the fins of the Gem Tang and possibly my Achilles (sorry no picture, he's too fast). There is also 2 Rabbitfish, a Royal Gamma, and a Tilefish in the tank that look fine.
