Ich or lymph on my tang?

Help fish Drs! I've had this guy for a month or so and he went through a quarantine and showed no signs of anything. My lfs is awesome and has never sold me a diseased fish in the past. He has this large white spot on his dorsal and one small one on his right pec. Nothing on his body, thoughts and possible treatments?

He's eating and acting normally, no bolting or rock rubbing.
