Pics a tad fuzzy but appears to be preliminarily- Lymphocystis which is a condition and not disease. Often its associated with water quality issue as simple as elevated ammonia or nitrate and can be that of water from LFS and not yours. Assure to provide Good water quality monitored by a reliable test kit and feed nutritious food with fats such as LRS frenzy foods, plankton and mysis shrimp.

More background information would be helpful - how long you’ve had the fish, is it showing any other symptoms.
The spots on the fins are too large to be ich, they are either bacterial tufts, or more likely Lymphocystis, a non-fatal viral disease.

1st photo the tang appears to be dealing with aggression from the Dottieback and/ or the wrasse. Stressed fish often show lympho symptoms but it can go away once they get used to the situation.Had the fish for about 1.5 weeks, the fish is acting/ eating normally.

If they get used to the stress situation? Keep an eye incase the aggression gets worse and the tang or other fish start loosing fins.
