Ich or Lymphocytosis?

This white speck has appeared on my marine bettas fin, it's grown in size a little bit. I initially thought it was ich, but it's only the one spot as far as I can tell. I mean, marine bettas are covered in white spots, so it may be hard to see more, but it's the only one on the fins. After further reading, I see it may be lymohocytosis, which is essentially harmless and untreatable.

It's the only fish in my tank showing signs of whatever this is.

I can try, but the dang fish is always moving around when I have the whites on.
