Ich or Paranoia

Hi all, I'm new to this all ,and I've been looking into fish Disease and don't know if in paranoid now or if my butterfly has ich. I took some screen shots of videos I took. I just got this guy a week ago and don't know if it had these spots or in just looking for things now.

The spots are only showing up on the fins

Look like what typically hits butterflies known as lymphocystis
It is viral and often corrected simply by maintaining optimum water quality and diet
Butterfly needs mysis shrimp, vegetation and vitamins as part of its diet. Pods are another food source.

Salinity 1.025
Ph 8.1-8.3
Nitrate. <.4
Ammonia < .03

Much appreciated, it does look like they are more 3 dimensional. I've not heard of that before. He's new, so I tested him out in my nano to see if he was reef safe before tosing him in my display. I'll up the temp a bit, and I'll do water changes more frequently.
