Ich or sand?

I have a new mocha storm clownfish after a fallow period of 80 days from velvet. I quarantined my new fish (2 clowns and they showed no sign of disease) today a day after being in the display I see a tiny almost microscopic white dot on the mocha storm clown. None on the black ice which is smaller. They’re both eating and seem healthy but I’m hoping it’s sand or a small particle because everytime my nassarius snails come up a bunch of tiny sediment stirs up. Let me know what you guys think! Thanks!

Try to get photos under white light, most cameras cant pick up details well under blue light.

That's an awfully colorful clown, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was a natural blemish.

If you quarantined and treated prophylactically....then I really don't think you have anything to worry about especially if you left DT fallow for the required period.

Here is the back fin too which has some microscopic dots as well. They look like sediment but I’m not sure. Not happy due to fallow tank etc.
