These have just appeared on the Kole tang none of the other fish are showing symptoms, what could it be?

Almost looks like flukes. I am on my phone, so hard to tell. If it is flukes, freshwater dip for relief and then the treatment below. But I will go ahead and see if we can get some other eyes on this. @HotRocks @4FordFamily

Wow, those are big. I’m guessing anchor worms here. Hopefully the experts will chime in.
I am on my PC again, and these do look like some form of worm. Almost like the anchor worms I have dealt with before on the Koi in my Koi pond. I have never seen them on SW fish before, but a quick search shows it is possible and treatment options vary and can be a bit harsh. Especially if they are of a certain variant. Hopefully some of the experts chime in, as this is a new one to me.

Thanks, fish is acting normal grasing the rock work and eating fine, 5 minuets in the fresh water dip did nothing to them.

Going to set the QT tank up ready

I inquired with Bobby (@Humblefish)

“Looks like anchor worms. You have to manually remove them with tweezers, put the fish in QT and then dose Dimilin.

To confirm they are anchor worms ask him if the tail end makes a V.”
