Ich or stress or normal white spots

Hi, just got this goby from biota so doubtful it’s ich. But if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck….

Are these dots indicative of sickness? I have other fish in same QT for about 3 and weary about putting them at risk.

It looks like a natural part of the fish's coloration to me, they are super uniform and seem to be part of the skin coloration. ich would be more sporadic and widespread.
