Ich or Velvet on Purple Tang

Severe ich, possibly velvet as well. What is the current Cu level and what test kit are you using?

Well he survived the night but he's losing a lot of color. His is almost completely white on his belly area. Is this a bacteria infection or due to stress?

Glad he made it through the night.....poor guy.... hopefully someone will chime in about a secondary infection....

I would go ahead and dose the antibiotics.

Both Furan-2 and Kanaplex. Dose them together at the same time to maximize effectiveness.

I take a small cup and dip out some tank water. Dump the meds in the cup, stir well and dump into tank slowly near powerhead.
