Hi guys
I'm sorry to bother you guys with this, I'm not sure if my tang have ich or velvet or what that is, any help is appreciated it
If it's in fact ich should I start with the garlic (I know is only for inmune system) or should I go all out with a quarantine tank and copper for the 3 months or whatever the time is ?

Apparently I have to quarantine all the fishes ?
Yes, marine velvet is contagious and any fish in the tank will be infected with it, even if it is not showing any signs. Some fish like wrasse or clownfish might not show any symptoms because they have thick coat, but still will be infected.
You have to treat all fish with CP or copper and leave the display empty from all fish (inverts are ok) for 6 weeks or 76 weeks if you want to remove ich too, as mentioned by Humblefish.

I also agree that's definitely velvet and you'll need to act fast following the link humblefish provided. When they get that covered by spots their gills are typically very heavily damaged. Time is of the essence.

As always, let us know if you have any questions. Good luck!
