Looks like velvet. Your best bet, whether its ich or velvet, treatment is the same. Move all fish to a quarantine tank and treat in copper for 30 days, and let your display system sit fishless for 76 days. Only difference is if its velvet you need to move quickly as most fish dont make it more than 24-48 hours. You can also freshwater dip the fish to help relieve symptoms.

Should've written it in the description, sorry. The fish had already died, everything happened in the span of a day. I wanted to identify it to k ow how long to go fallow. Thanks for the tips thought.

The minimum fallow period for velvet is six weeks ... 76 days would cover you for ich as well. Sorry for the loss of your tang.
