One of my clownfish is ill. It lethargic and often hides behind rocks in calmer waters. Still eats but never grew at the same rate as rest of the fish. Colors are a bit faded away. Sometimes has what I call seasures when it swims erradicly for 15 -30 seconds.
One side of its body is covered in slime/mucus (?) and one eye is cloudy.

Here are some pictures (not the best though)

That looks to me like brooklynella (Clownfish disease).

https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/clownfish-disease.385759/

You can use fresh water dips and then QT for 3 months but whether the fish makes it is another discussion.

It is hard to tell from the pictures, but brook is the more likely illness as clowns are very susceptible to it. Are you able to quarantine? A 45 minute formalin bath followed by a sterilized quarantine, and then let the display tank sit fallow for a minimum of 6 weeks if it is brook. But we'd need better pictures to confirm. But act fast as brook is a quick killer

A clownfish "covered in slime/mucus" does sound like brook to me.

A 5 min FW dip, followed by transfer into a sterile QT would be a wise course of action. Dose Metroplex every 48 hrs for 10-14 days to ensure brook has been fully eradicated.

Thanks for all your input. I read all I could before posting here and still wasn't sure what I am dealing with.
With ocellaris not being the smartest of the fish I did not recognized it being I'll until now which is probably too late.
All other fish are doing OK. This one never really changed in size since I got it few months back. So whatever it is, fish had it for a while.
I am unable to QT - no room or funds to setup.
Wouldn't the fresh water dip be too stresfull on the fish?

I will try to take better pictures tonight.
Thanks.

Freshwater dips are usually fine on fish. Sometimes it's harder on you than the fish, stress wise. But if for some reason it didn't make it through or from the dip, the fish was probably too far gone anyway.
Something to think about. Some have reported that repeated freshwater dips got rid of the Brook. Kinda like doing TTM. But if it were my fish, and no place to setup a QT, I'd consider doing the multiple freshwater dips and also giving it a bath afterwards in Ruby Reef Rally. It has both antibiotic and antiseptic qualities that help the fish's immune system.

I'll catch a little guy toning then and do a fresh water dip. I'll try to get better pictures at the same time.

ahhh, the typical " clown disease ". I had it 4 days after ordering 10 perculas and stopped it dead in its' track with PraziPro and all good since which has been over 2 months

If you have a 5 gallon bucket and an airstone & air pump & heater if needed, you have a QT. A little more work without a filter but you might be able to McGuyver one with plumbing bits and pieces.

Prazipro stopped Brook?

None of the heaters I have will fit in a 5 gallon and of course it's Christmas but I'll try to put something together.

So I got both clowns 4 months ago and the ill one was always smaller and dumber of the two. I do not know if the disease is new or if I got the fish with it already. If Brook kills quickly this might not be it - the fish had symptoms for a while, at least a month, I was just too stupid to notice.
Anyway, 5 min fresh water dip done and fish back in tank, visibly upset (video).
I am convinced now I could see white spots on its tail in fresh water (better light) and marks / spots on fish under UV in tank.
