Ich or velvet?

Most of the new fish I bough has died after a few days, and I’m seeing white dots on 2 of the new fish. I’m thinking it’s ich, but with all the deaths, maybe it’s velvet?

It's hard to see in the video. I saw one of the fins on powder brown was heavily covered. Can you take pics?

Ich you can usually easily count the spots on fish, if there are too many to count and they look like a dusting of powdered sugar than it's probably velvet.

If you are experiencing loss and quickly it may be velvet.
