Ich or velvet?

Hi guys! First time posting on here. I was wondering what your opinions were on if my fish have ich or velvet? Is there anyway I could treat it without removing the fish? Thanks!

Velvet is a possibility, but often times early stages of Brook (very common in clowns) match the appearance of velvet. At any rate either disease would require moving all fish in the tank to a QT for treatment and a fallow period of 6 weeks with the DT to fully erradicate. The treatments are different depending on what you are dealing with.

Any other fish sharing the tank? Any symptoms or spots on the others?

Thank you! I've had the clownfish for a while and they have been healthy. They share a tank with 3 pajama Cardinals and a few wrasse (both wrasse are new additions). Everything is acting normal, but I only just noticed it today. Both clowns have a decent amount of it and the Cardinals have a few spots. I guess I will have to set up a QT...

This also sounds like Brook, if you can upload a pic that would be helpful.

Wrasse are notorious for being "Typhoid Mary's" and carrying things into tanks while being completely asymptomatic and unaffected by whatever it may be. They have extremely thick mucus coats and it's just the way of it.

The pajama cardinals dart into the rock whenever I get close with my camera. They've been especially shy since they've been breeding. Thank you for the help though! I bet it's Brook.
