what do my fish have is it ich. My Royal has not eaten today even with food soaked in garlic I know normally that's a death sentence :-(

+1 I don't see signs of any disease from the photos. Can you describe what symptoms you are seeing other than not eating?

I remember talking with you before when you chimed in on #iamurri33 thread. You have mentioned about feeding them garlic soaked food and that is a good thing to do.
However, garlic, caviar, ginger alone will not eradicate ich as I have already told you.
From the pictures you have posted they seem to show no signs of illness

I think I saw the other picture too. I don't see any signs of illness from the pictures, not even the previously posted picture. I'm with humble... please describe to us what you are seeing - with detail.
