Ich outbreak

I wasn't able to get cupramine today I do have 2 hospitals tanks a 10gallon and a 29gallon I have hermit crabs and shrimp on my main display can I dose paraguard in the main tank and it won't hurt my invertebrates?

Paraguard contains Malachite green which isn't invert safe and it's also not a proven effective medication to eliminate ich, I would not use it if I were in your shoes. This link will help you with choosing a treatment https://humble.fish/community/index.php?threads/medications-and-treatments.4/
Could you please post some pics of your fish so that we can confirm that you're actually dealing with ich and not something else?

paragaurd wont do anything for ich. you need copper and you cant dose that in the display.

What fish are in your tank? Normally I recommend Copper Power for ich.

Came home and now one of my triggers have popeye when I get home later I will try to get pics of the ich on the other fish but I been dosing copper for about 3 days now and they don't seem to be scratching themselves on the rock or gravel anymore. I just received kanoflex in the mail last night so idk if I should wait til I finish treating the ich with cupramine then dose the trigger with kanoplex in the QT or take him out now
