Ich outbreak

I have an ich outbreak I bought some polyp lab medic but it says to turn ozone off which I'm thinking isnt a good idea as that will be helping! so what should I do, use medic and turn ozone off or not use it? Basically does medic work and worth the risk of turning ozone off

Yes, you cannot use ozone. In addition, if you're running a UV you need to turn the UV off for 1 hour following any treatment (usually twice per day, so 2 hours total). GAC and GFO should also be removed and/or turned off if you run them in a reactor.
