Currently, at the tail end of a first time Ich outbreak, I'm considering doing and Ich management reef. This is for several reasons, and may change in the future.

I was wondering which reef safe fish are considered Ich resistant?

I'm not adding any fish till I see that all of my survivors have recovered and are fat and healthy.

Any new additions will get TTM and QT to avoid any new species of Ich being introduced.

Thank you for your input!

Velvet is the problem, ich pales in comparison and its every bit as prevalent. Once you have that it's too late.

If you have a presence at the LFS they might quarantine them for you. [emoji6]

Thanks for the advice folks! My problem is I just don't have any place to put a 55 gallon tank for 76 days to house the fish.

So is it possible to go fallow with one inch resistant fish left in the system? It's been several weeks since I lost all the rest of the fish, but this diamond gobie still shows no signs of ich.
