Ich, sick or being picked on?

Help please, just got this Green Chromas Friday night from my LFS, Sunday evening while feeding I noticed these areas on it, there was nothing there Friday or Saturday, and didn't notice it Sunday morning. Not sure if it is ich, another sickness or someone picking on it. I also noticed that it is rubbing up against the live rock. The first picture shows that it shines (reflects) in the light.
Tank mates are; 2 clowns, lawnmower blenny, Royal Gramma Basslet.

Sorry to hear about that. Definitely doesn't look like ich. Those look like scars or wounds. Have you noticed anyone picking on it? Did you notice white poop? Rapid breathing?

I think you will have to remove the fish and treat. I would suspect it's likely a parasite. Probably start off by a FW dip, then put the container against a black background and see if anything falls off. Do you have a hospital tank?

The markings aren’t common placement for fish bites. They look like sores or a pending infection. The fish could be causing them if the surface scratching is that intense. A separate holding tank would be ideal to give this situation a place to unfold/diagnose/treat

One result of flashing or scratching is because of Flukes. A Fresh water dip will show you if they are present on the fish or not

If it is Uronema, how fast does it "spread"? It had nothing Friday, Saturday, but Sunday evening I saw the spots on it, and it hasn't changed since, size or color?

It's a fast killer, usually kills in a few days, you should isolate and treat asap.
