I have a Blue Tang that im starting to treat with Cupramine. I've made the level rise the last 4 days to reach 0.5, yet, i can still see Ich on it( or atleast white spots, not many) the level is now 0.5, is this normal?

Yes, it's normal. Spots can stay on the fish for up to 7 days. However, it's possible that it's something other than ich also, like flukes.

Yes, it’s ok because copper only targets the free swimming stage of the parasite so depending on where the life cycle of ich was when got to therapeutic levels was could allow them to stay for a few days. Secondly you may see spots even after the parasite has dropped off the fish as those are the original entrance wounds into the slimecoat that need to heal.
