Ich Treatment?

Hello guys, so i started my tank not to long ago and let it cycle and have added a few fish in the past couple weeks. I have recently noticed ich on my royal gramma, yellow tang, and fairy wrasse (mostly the gramma tho). I have heard treatment can kill coral but i’ve also heard with no treatment the fish could easily die. What should i do?
