What is the best treatment for Ich? I have read and heard that Primafix by API was something you could find at your LFS. I've also hears about herbtana and artemiss by microbelift. Any other good products out there??

+1Id recommend pulling the fish from the display and put them through the Tank Transfer Method. This is very effective without using copper which in my opinion can be tricky and not always effective. The TTM targets the life cycle of Ich which i believe is more effective.
You will then need to leave the display fallow (without fish) for approx. 80 days for the Ich to dye off because of their life cycle.
A simple search here will give you all the information you need about TTM and the fallow period, along with everything else you might want to know about Ich. Don't be afraid to ask more questions and good luck.

Yea I'm looking now into buying some extra small tanks for quarantining. Thanks for the info on it!+1 on TTM. You name the medication, I've tried all of them and not luck... Copper needs monitoring of copper levels which can be tricky.
Rough summary of the method:
Get yourself two 10 gallon tanks. Every 3 days (for 2 weeks, never exceed 72 hours for each transfer), do a 10 gallon water change for your display tank (if you have not introduced ich in your display tank). Use the 10 gallons from the display tank for each time you do the transfer which makes it easier cause you don't have to check water parameters if you already checking your display tank and you know the water is good. Approximately 5-6 tank transfers, you should monitor the fish for another 2-3 weeks just to make sure there are no more ich. Important you clean and air dry your two 10 gallon tanks thoroughly between transfers.
Goodluck!
