Girlfriend pointed these new spots out on one of our fish. Nothing has been added to the tank if a few weeks. These spots are only showing up on this one fish as of right now.

its really hard to tell with so much blue. does the fish seem stressed, increased respirations, swiming at the top or near return?

^^ Agree; need pics under white lighting.

Could be ich, or maybe just the beginning of Lymphocystis (harmless virus).

It’s very hard to pick up on camera.
Fish isn’t showing any signs of stress. No heavy breathing or signs of low oxygen. But several small white spots. If I had to describe it I would have to say they looks like grains of sand stuck on all over him.

Beautiful fish. My wrasses wake up with sand stuck to them some mornings...Freaked me out more than once.

Any new spots on this fish or others? Have they disappeared?
