About 3 weeks ago we upgraded tanks. Moved alot of rock over from the old one and have been pretty good since. Parameters:
Until today.
We added a purple tang 3 days ago and now both tangs, purple and hippo (worse) show signs of something.

Parameters:
Temp: 25°c
Salinity: 1.025 (was 1.022 for the first 17 days, raised it the same time as i added the purple tang)
phosphate: 0.5 (added rowaphos a week ago so it should be lower now
Nitrate: 5.0
-phosphate and nitrate are a week old measurements

I know there are loads of other threads but im hoping someone can look at these pics and video and give an opinion

Also, enjoy easter! And thanks all.

Looks like whitespot to me. You'll need to treat all fish with copper in a QT and leave the DT fallow for about 8 weeks. Probably brought on by the stress of moving, although obviously the protozoa had to be present to begin with. Regal Blue Tangs are a whitespot magnet.

Both tangs do indeed have both HLLE which is a skin erosion and ich. For the HLLE, you will need to maintain/increase good water quality and Diet. The lawnmower blennym blenny and hepatus all show slight thinning.
For the Ich, you will need to place fish in Quarantine tank and treat with Coppersafe or Copper Power at therapeutic level 2.0-2.25 For a FULL 30 days (do not interrupt this 30 day period) monitored by a reliable Copper Test kit such as Hanna Brand- No API brand. Also monitor Ammonia levels while in quarantine with a reliable test kit and add aeration during treatment using an air stone.
The display tank will likely have to be kept fishless (FALLOW) for 6-8 weeks to assure the existing parasites go through their life cycle without a host fish and die off
Again, Monitor water and keep good water quality although copper may have slight impact.
For these 4 fish, what foods have you been feeding them?

I feed ocean nutrition nori, NLS pellets, frozen mysis and brine shrimp and the occasional blood worms.
Problem is, this is mostly when I get home from work, so they get fed maybe 2 times from 17:00 - 22:00. I figure I should be feeding more?

I can't see much wrong with the purple tang, but the hepatus has some odd skin issue. I don't see rapid breathing on distinct white spots that would indicate ich or velvet (yet - those can always start up).

As a side note, your midas blenny is a bit thin, You may want to check out this thread:
