So I heard treating fish with ich is a pain. I also heard that treating the fishes food with vitamin c and garlic help with it. Is this true?

Yup, can help. It does not treat the ICH, it boosts the fish immune system.

Well I got two new clowns yesterday and they were fine. Than two hours later they got white spots all over now my wife is telling me that most of te spots are gone.

Could be. Just gotta watch em, if you don't have a QT, and you can't Hypo, then just feed them well, they are capable of beating it by themselves.

Yeah these clownfish are already about 2-3 in big so I'm sure they are fighters
