So I didnt think my newer tank would get it. Today I noticed a color change in my angels and got a closer look. Almost all my fish have white spots. Started rid-ich treatment tonight. Anything besides raising temp to help work?

Hypo Salinity. Dropping your SG to 1.009, pops the parasite.

Raising temp only works for fresh water ICH as in killing it off. But raising the temp will speed up the ICH cycle in salt water.

Your best bet would be a hospital tank for all affected fishes, treat with copper and allow your tank to fallow for 8-10 weeks.
Hypo salinity only works in a hospital tank and needs to be done very very slowly, over the span of a couple of weeks. If done in your DT it will kill most everything except the ICH eggs.

Hmm, ya think so? He did not mention anything about corals in the tank. And Hyposalinity is one of the best treatments for Marine Ich. He also states its a new tank, which by all rights should not have any coral in it.
My advise on Hypo is very sound for his tank. Nothing vague about it.
