My butterfly has white substance all over its fins.. I thought it was Kalkwasser stuck to him but I'm afraid it's ich... He will not stay still this is the best photo I can get... How do I know if its ich or not....

To tough to tell from that shot. If it was Marine Ich, you'd see white specks all over him, a few here and there to start, then it can get worse. On that fish you'd notice it better on its gold stripes.

Could be Lymphocytosis, common among Butterfly Fish. It's a self limiting virus that usually resolves if dietary needs are meet, and water quality is in line.
FWI avoid treatments for Marine Ich (Cryptocaryon irritans) that advertise the product as being reef safe and a product you can add directly to the display tank.
