I think my fish have ich not sure because there are no white spots,but I think I my have it because my fish are rubbing their selfs against the gravel is this a sign????

It's a sign yes. Look up the ich life cycle and I think it's the stage before it's visible on the fish's body.

Its one of the signs, but fish will flash on the rocks from time to time anyways. Don't jump to conclusions yet.

Ya bro, sorry it's ich for sure
Take your fish out for at least 6 weeks, put them in a qt and let the ich die off in your DT. Treat your fish with cupramine. If you have angle fish look in to it before adding copper as they don't like copper

It is very possible the fish have ich. Reefing Madness gave a great informational link. Here is another via Wet Web Media. There is a wealth of information on this site. It should be bookmarked. IMO
