Ich

A cauliflower lesion on a fin might be Lymphocystis, a viral self limiting disease.
 
Are you sure that's not an isopod down there by his tail? It's not centered and it has dark parts on it, which is not a typical tang scalpel.
 
Don't think its Ich then. What do you see on him that makes you think he's got Ich? At night when the lights are out, they appear to have a big white patch on their sides, but thats normal.

My tang still has some white spot but he doesnt looked to be bothered. No scraping no heavy breathing and still eating like crazy. I want to get more fish what should i do

Are you talking about the white streak down the center? If so, that's normal for YTs. I can't see any other white spots on him, other than the barb.

On the fins could be ich if it's really small; or Lymphocystis (a harmless virus) if the spots are larger.
