Im posting for a friend whose tank has ich. It is approx. 55 gal and has a few clown fish a cleaner shrip and crabs. Ive never dealt with saltwater ich before. Is there a medicine to use? Ive also heard of dipping the fish in fresh water. I dont see how that helps though, if it is anything like freshwater ich I would think that wouldnt work.
