So I came home today and noticed these white spots. Is it ich? Or did he maybe get stung?

It does look like ich. How long ago did you first notice it? I would definitely keep an eye on it. Could it be sand from your system? If it stays for a day or 2 in the same place and stays in a fairly regular shape I would be very worried.

I just got home and noticed it right now. Wasn't there yesterday. And no I do not have fine sand

And if I do pull the clowns will my two corals and anemone be ok? Hermits?

It doesn't seem like he is wasting away, he was taking a big poop when I was snapping pictures if that mislead. Just white spots on him but the other clown that was with him has nothing, no spots no color going away. They both ate and are swimming around. Am I just paranoid that my clowns are sick?

I thought I saw white stringy poop in one of the pics. Is this an accurate observation?

Would a FW bath help him if it's ich or only brook?

Only if he had brook or velvet.

Sorry for so many questions so quickly, I just want to find my course of action. And thank you very much for the help!

Stings from a coral or anemone normally show up as a black mark.
Unfortunately, I think you have purchased some sick fish. The white stringy poo is a sign of an internal parasite. The white is probably ich although it could be Brook. Especially if you are seeing it on multiple fish.

And please, never feel bad for asking questions. Believe it or not, we love helping fish and the best way to do that is to answer your questions! ;)
