How small are ich white spots? My clown has 2 or 3 very tiny white spots on his side. Maybe the size of the tip of a pin, barely noticable but there. This is after 76 days fallow and QT so Im kinda stumped, hoping its sand but with my luck its ich.

Did you treat for Brook in QT. Clowns often appear to have symptoms of ich or velvet when they are in early stage Brook.

Also they are very ich resistant fish so seeing white spots from ich or velvet on a clown is unlikely.

Do you know what else it could be? Sand maybe? Im not sure just not happy because just recovering from fallow period. Looks like the spots have not moved either, theyve not gotten bigger in 24 hours but still nervous.

Yes probably sand i'm not sure,it is my guess.
