I have this onespot in QT. I already did a regular treatment of API General Cure (3x packets in a 30g tank, wait 48hrs, add 3x more packets, wait 48hr, then 25% WC), waited a week, then re-dosed 3x packets of general cure this morning.

This afternoon, I noticed these spots on the one spot. Is this Ich?

I've only used general cure so far, but can get some copper power tonight to start adding in. Will this interfere with the general cure I just added this morning?

I would start running carbon tonight. Do a WC in the am and then start copper power. Praziquantel does most if it's work within the first couple of hours of being in the water.

I have used GC+copper without issue. Since you are done with the GC treatment it will be less impact on the liver of the fish if you can get it removed prior to copper treatment.
