So my tank has been up and running now for 4 months and last week I saw two damsels fighting and one had ich the next day. I started treating the tank with Kick Ich Pro and it seemed to get better and 2 days later most of the 30 fish in my tank have it. How can I battle this without removing my fish? They are impossible to catch and my tank has coral in it.

There are a bunch of medications that claim to "kick ich", but I only know of 2 that are near 100%. TTM and copper. Both you have to remove you fish from the DT though.

Best option is to go fallow for 76 days. you may be able to “maintain“

Great info. i agree going fallow is the best option here. you will always be at risk of a future outbreak and can infect any new fish you may want to add.
