My bi color fox face has white spots but that’s it and the fish wasn’t really breathing heavy maybe a little bit

Well, based on that info, it is probably ich. Other fish in the same tank would be at risk. The typical treatment is to move all of the fish to a treatment tank and either treat with hyposalinity or copper.
