I got an Allens damselfish recently and it immediately got what I thought was ich. I have been treating her with ich treatment for over a week now. She not only isn’t getting better but more spots have shown up. Is it possible this is something else?

Those two big spots are too large to be ich. Are there smaller spots that aren’t showing up in the pictures?
What treatment have you been using?
The two large spots look like damaged scales, what other fish are in with this one?

I agree on damaged scales from minor injury or even a grain of sand. Keep an eye on it and there should be improvement daily versus any worsening. These guys startle easily and likely darted into rocks or similar causing this

I have been using Ich Attach. I just didn’t know what else it could be. I also have an oscellaris clownfish and royal grama. I haven’t seen them fighting but maybe it happens at night? Any recommendations?

it probably does not work.

That is a herbal tonic and they don't release the ingredient list, so I wouldn't use it. Never use something in your aquarium if they will not tell you what's in it.

It is possible the fish are fighting when you aren't in the room, but I doubt either of those two fish would cause any real damage to a damselfish like this.

I would just watch the issue for a few more days.
