Pics very dark and fuzzy- cant see a thing. Please repost under white lighting only and assure both the tank glass and camera lens are clean

Pics extremely dark- White lighting provides best images for identification. Preliminarily I see a couple of dots at facial area. If indeed ich, opposed to coppersafe , I prefer general cure otherwise coppersafe at 2.0 opposed to 2.5 treatment level and performed in a quarantine setting
