Ick on a tang stinger?

So my purple tang has had something on its stinger for almost a week now. It also has a spot next to it and one on its fin. Could it be a fungal infection? It's eating healthy and nothing is on the other fish yet. Any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Having it on the blade for a week sounds odd for it to be ich. Not saying it isn't possible but

Maybe @4FordFamily can help shed some light on it if he has seen something like this?

I'm guessing it's not ich. If it was it would have fell of by now. It's way to big too.

That's a good possibility. One of my flame angles has a fin that looks like one of the pics in the link

I agree with this that it's unlikely ich it looks a bit too large as well.

I'm in the camp of lymphocytes, time, diet and relieve stress are the only cure for that..
