So I noticed on my Mimic tang “Sunny” a white spot on the side by its gill, from a head on view it is raised a little but not sure if it is Ick. Sunny has been fine no rubbing or anything that I have noticed when I look at the tank. No appetite loss, no heavy breathing, no loss of energy. Non of the other fish show any signs or spots also.

No new fish for 6 months and I quarantine my fish for 2 months before they go in my tank and never had an issue with ick in this tank.

That's too large to be ich. It might be a small bacterial plaque from a minor injury. I would just watch it. If it doesn't grow, then you won't need to treat it.
