ick treatment??

I have had an outbreak of ick in my tank. I have 2 of the 3 worst in QT now and the rest will be going in Wednesday becasue I have to setup a bigger QT tank. My question is what is the best treatment for ick besides copper.
Want to get the fish over the fastest but safest way for them. And yes the tank will be setting fallow for atleast 3 months which gives me a chance to up grade alot of the tanks plumbing and filtration.

I have had good luck with kick ich and rally together. But that's just me.

I agree with this 100%. Also CP is a good method if your able to get your vet to write a Rx for it.

if i have an immediate emergency with ich, the fish go in fresh water for about 5-7 minutes.

then slowly raise salinity back up
