Oh man, I feel for you!
I recommend reading this thread. I copied a section out of the first post, but reading the entire thread is worthwhile imo. It discusses other types of fish that may be sensitive in addition to the first ones listed.

https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/copper-treatment.193343/

"Some species of fish, such as angels, puffers, lions and mandarins are notoriously difficult to treat with copper."

This sounds complicated. First are you sure it's ick, not velvet?
Second, @melypr1985 @Humblefish

I also think one of them can might move your thread to the fish disease forum, since you'll get more help there.

Sorry for your situation [emoji20]

Moved thread to disease forum:
You'll need a large QT for that many fish. I'd like to see a picture of the fish before you start to treat... Just to be sure it's ick. The mandy will need to be done a different way as they don't tolerate copper well at all.

You can, but it ONLY treats ick and is tricky to pull off correctly. First order of business is to try and confirm that diagnosis.

edit to add: you would have to remove all inverts and corals before doing hypo in the display.

You can. Just be aware that it can be a challenge to maintain the correct salinity level and that there are some strains of ich that are resistant to hypo. So even if you do it right, there is no guarantee that it will work.

Ohhh I didn't know inverts and coral are not tolerant to low hyposalinity

Also, please list all the fish you are needing to treat so we can scan the list for other copper intolerant species (like the mandarin.)
