Just noticed these spots on my Yellow belly hippo and my purple tang. Eating fine and acting completely normal..I do not see anything on any of the other fish (mimic tang, Kole tang, Vlamingii Tang, various cardinal, clowns and wrasse etc).

Established 220 reef....

The real kicker is I go in for pretty major shoulder surgery at 6am in the morning so if it is ick I’m going to have to depend on someone else to provide whatever treatment/medication may be necessary...

thoughts and advice appreciated....

Any better photos without blues? Looks like it just from that photo of the hippo tang

Unfortunately it does look like ick, good news is that it could be so much worse! Good luck with your surgery and take care of yourself!!

Main issue. Getting those fish out without breaking down the rock scape.

Next option. Use a water conditioner and build up the immune system of your fish. It’s not a bad outbreak so maybe you can get someone to concentrate on doing this at least until you can get home and give directions in person.
