You can treat the fish in 17 days or so, but you need to let the disoaly tank go fallow (fishless) for ~9 weeks to ensure it‘s run its cycle

Looks like ich. Administer copper for 35 days at therapeutic levels if you only have one quarantine tank and 14 days if you’re going to transfer in to a second sterile quarantine tank. Make sure you have a solid test kit such as the Hanna checker. In addition, your display aquarium needs to run fallow for a minimum of 76 days.

Try methylene or general cure treatment to start before copper based treatment preferably in a quarantine tank

Temporary UV technique for ich
This technique is simple: Keep a strong UV (such as 57 watts or more) and water pump in storage, and when you encounter ich then put the UV and water pump in a for a few weeks. When ich is gone, remove the UV and store it again. Has worked for me 5 times in a row, if I start using it as soon as any ich is seen.

Thanks for all the advice everyone, BRS said healthy diet, good lighting, almost perfect parameters and the clown fishes immune system will fight, it worked :)
