what is the current copper concentration and testing method?
Also water parameters of qt tank Necessary

Pic fuzzy but appears as brook with secondary bacterial issues but can’t confirm without clear topics and video

I can’t test till tomorrow as I am on shift the all fish are in qt don’t know weather to dose parazopro or copper power when I get home in the morning. I can also give more details in the morning. I know salt is at 1.025

Darn, the video seems downsampled, it is too pixelated to get a respiration rate on the fish.

Try viewing the video yourself - see how you can't really make out any details? The file size is 1.5 mb, while most videos I view here are 40+ mb.
