Ick?

New to the hobby but my 15gallon tank has been doing great! Woke up this morning to my clownfish having white spots. My first thought was ick, but then when I came back down to look again he seemed fine. I’ll attach pictures for reference any help would be great!

If he sleeps in the sand it might be sand stuck to him happens to some of my fish.
