Does anyone know how long they usually take ? It's been like 2-3 weeks and still nothing.

Mine was the same day, UPS delivered it 05/20 and I got an email later that afternoon that the results were ready.

Mine was messed up from the get go but I guess in the end they fixed it and made things right. Got my results day after they received my sample
