I ordered a ro/di unit from https://www.icp-analysis.com/ about a year ago. I set up the filters in the unit per their instructions. I called them to ask a question about one of the valves and I was told they only do water testing and do not sell rodi units. I had just received this unit from them. I said okay and hung up. Confused, I double checked the name of the company I ordered it from and their phone number. Called back and they told me again that they do not sell rodi units. How could they not know they sell something? Fast forward a year and I am using di resin way faster than I would expect. So I start tearing into the unit, and the water goes into the di resin chamber 1st instead of last. So They were unaware they sell the thing that came with directions to install the filters in the wrong order. Those are 2 enormous red flags for a company who gives you icp water test results that you just have to believe are the correct levels. Crazy.

me too

To circle back on an old thread:

I just received an email offer for a fairly cheap RODI unit.

Have you gotten your unit working well?

Well, they are the worst ICP testing company out there so not a big shocker there
