ICP analysis shipping confusion

I received a return shipping label for USPS shipping But the instructions say to ship the box back using FedEx or UPS. The prepaid shipping label has a different return address that is on the box so I am a little more than confused about what I should do. Any help would be appreciated.

Your confusion is completely understandable given the circumstances. The conflicting address thing is especially confusing.
A google search reveals that Great White Bottling is owned by the same person, I think you're safe sending it with that label.
